AK-12
Signature: Assault
High per-shot damage with a heavier recoil pattern. Wins the trades other rifles lose — if you can control the climb.
- Iron / Red DotCleaner aiming reference for faster, more consistent target acquisition.
- Vertical GripTightens recoil and hip-fire spread for steadier sustained fire.
- CompensatorCuts vertical recoil so the climb stays flat through a spray.
- Extended MagMore rounds before you reload — fewer lulls in a drawn-out fight.
The AK-12 hits like a truck. The 7.62 round means fewer bullets to a kill than any other rifle here, so a clean burst drops a target before a lighter gun has cracked the armor. The catch is the recoil: a steep opening climb that punishes anyone who can't pull down through it.
In trained hands it out-trades everything at its range. It is the rifle for players who'd rather deal damage and manage the kick than shoot flat and safe.
A hard first-shot jump and a heavy vertical climb. Learn the pattern and pull straight down — the top of the spray is the steepest, so the fight is won or lost in the first four rounds.
Deals full damage out to 15m, falls off to its floor by 58m. Fight inside the green and it out-trades; past the red, switch weapons or reposition.
Lead: at 700 m/s the round travels fast — hold only a sliver ahead of a runner at distance. Slower rounds need a full body of lead.
Fast, mobile, forgiving up close — for flanks, rooms, and the swing.
Flat and steady for holding lanes — trade at distance where others fall off.
Ride the recoil
Drag your aim down through the burst. The climb is consistent once you know it, and mastering it turns the AK into the hardest-hitting rifle on the field.
Make every round count
Its damage means kills come in fewer shots — land the opening burst and the fight is already over. Miss it and the recoil gives them the window back.
Compensate for range
A compensator flattens the climb enough to keep it usable past forty metres, where the raw damage really starts to bully lighter rifles.
